The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine. We loved the little touches like a goodnight note on the mirror.

Felt like it was our own home, no reason to complain.

Our anniversary stay was made special with lovely room decorations and a complimentary welcome drink. The sauna and spa lounge were perfect for relaxing after our busy days exploring. The breakfast could use a bit more care in food presentation, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The elegant decor took me back in time, wrapped in serenity, making me feel at home. The spacious common areas were easily accessible, with large doors opening to the outside, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel at home. Our room featured a cozy balcony—perfect for evening relaxation after exploring the city.

While the vintage decor added charm, the elevator was a real test of patience—seemed to take forever, making us second-guess if it was working at times.

Overall, this hotel has a charming atmosphere with a fantastic location near everything Bordeaux has to offer. The service felt personal, and the breakfast was delightful. However, the room was a bit cramped, and I encountered some noise issues from renovations nearby. Still, a good experience overall.

Exceptional cleanliness standards

we loved our stay at le boutique hotel & spa! the staff were super friendly and welcoming. our deluxe double room had a lovely jacuzzi terrace with complimentary soft drinks, snacks, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering plenty of variety and served until 10:30. the location was superb, just a short walk from all the main attractions.

While the amenities offered a lot, some areas showed signs of age, with a few parts being a tad run-down, especially considering the room rates. I dealt with a confusing shower system that proved frustrating. even with help, it didn't function as intended. The breakfast, albeit visually appealing, lacked consistency, with dry potatoes and unevenly cooked bacon that made it hard to rely on for a good start. The spa area didn't feel inviting, lacking a thoughtful design that would encourage a relaxing vibe during one’s stay.

The jacuzzi terrace in our room was truly the highlight of our stay! Additionally, the breakfast was packed with fresh pastries and organic juices. A downside was the confusing check-in process, but it was resolved quickly.

Comfortable room, excellent service, with great Wi-Fi and soundproofing features that made our stay enjoyable despite the rain, especially appreciated the large umbrellas provided by the hotel.

Our room had a large jacuzzi, but stepping in and out was a challenge. The handheld shower didn't work, and despite informing the staff, they couldn't resolve it. Breakfast was overpriced with inconsistent quality, and the potatoes were consistently dry.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a beautiful lounge area. I remember how the staff kindly helped me with printing during my first stay. I highly recommend coming here for a romantic escape!
